It’s mid way through June and the temperature has steadied at 29, with the evenings at 25 so a nice temperature at the end of the day of being on the water. It’s been a busy day with client groups so what better than to finish work and get a late afternoon swim at Effie’s Iris Hotel pool followed by a white wine and a wonderful Beef Stifardo, the perfect end of the day.
