As a start to the season Nigel and Maureen came in via Corfu from the Republic of Ireland. They had past sailing experience a long time ago, so for them I provided 3 days of tuition and accompanied sailing, starting in Vlycho Bay and progressing outside in the Meganissi channel, this to build up their confidence and experience.
All went really well, they progressed onto a transit over to Meganissi under sail and engine.

The Drascombe was subtly different to sail compared with boats we had sailed in the past. Thank you for your remarkable patience in explaining the differences and getting both myself and previously non sailing wife to the point where we were able to sail to nearby coves, harbours and tavernas unaccompanied. Winds were gentle, temperatures balmy and blue water sparkled in the sunshine. We both had a marvellous time and were sorry when it came to an end. We would highly recommend time with Dragon Drascombe to anyone wanting to get away for a relaxing and varied holiday.
